Business Account

Requirement

•The original certificate of incorporation duly signed by the registrar to determine the authenticity and the applicable articles (Certificate of business registration and registration of business name by firm or partnership);
•Business incorporation documents
•A Certificate of Good Standing.
•A resolution/letter from the Board of Directors to open an account and confer authority on who will operate the account;
•Evidence of the identity of the directors and principals and verification thereof;
- –A Valid ID: Passport, Social Security Card, Driver’s Licence, National ID.
- –Proof of Address: Utility bill (not older than 6 months), Bank reference letter or statement.
•A reference from another reputable financial institution within Dominica in relation to the directors;
•A reference from another reputable financial institution within Dominica in relation to company which has already begun to conduct business activity in the country
•Audited financial statements for the past three (3) years if the business has been in existence for that period;
•Physical proof of the location and business activities of the company, which may require a visit to the place of business.
